PHYZIQUE Pte Ltd is a company set up in June 2008 by owner Abraham Nikhil (Nik). The company was set up after he left Fitness First with a dream to start his own company which specialized in providing personalised fitness services such as personal training and boot camps to his clients. The company quickly expanded its services since it has been around.

Here at PHYZIQUE, we believe in empowering people. We want to help you help yourself. We believe that fitness and health should be a lifestyle and not a chore. We come in to your life to best try and find ways for you to reach your fitness goals as smoothly as possible.



I have been a sports lover ever since my school years , all the way through my corporate life and until the present day

After becoming a proud mother of two and moving around the world with my family, for over a decade now, I have had to deal with many challenges, including differences in culture, language and settling in into different type of places, from the safe and pleasant to the unsafe and challenging. Throughout this journey, sports have become a great ally socially and emotionally.

As a sports lover I have experienced the hardships and the benefits of hard work and discipline. I have integrated fitness as part of my daily life thus becoming a better version of myself; more confident, healthier, happier and with more energy than ever.

As a team player, I have been able to inspire people to set new goals, to have the proper mindset to work hard for them, to be more RESILIENT and to BELIEVE

Sports is my Passion. In the last four years i have been continuously preparing myself and taking part of different sports such as: Dragon Boat races, Running events and one Ultra marathon, both in Singapore and around Asia.

It would be an honor to help you accomplish your fitness goals and to enjoy similar positive benefits in you life.

A new study confirms what many discovered long ago - strength training plays an important role in ridding the body of extra weight.

Sure, aerobic exercise burns calories, but the body's metabolism quickly returns to pre-exercise levels, usually within 30 minutes or so.

Resistance training, according to the researchers at Johns Hopkins University, leads to increased calorie burning for up to two hours after the workout is over. Unfortunately, because weight training often results in a corresponding increase in weight due to increased muscle mass, many women abandon their strength-training efforts, opting instead for strictly cardiovascular activities.However, researchers suggest combining aerobic exercise with regular strength training for maximum benefit.
