PHYZIQUE Pte Ltd is a company set up in June 2008 by owner Abraham Nikhil (Nik). The company was set up after he left Fitness First with a dream to start his own company which specialized in providing personalised fitness services such as personal training and boot camps to his clients. The company quickly expanded its services since it has been around.

Here at PHYZIQUE, we believe in empowering people. We want to help you help yourself. We believe that fitness and health should be a lifestyle and not a chore. We come in to your life to best try and find ways for you to reach your fitness goals as smoothly as possible.

DELLY PROFILE PICTURE

Delly has been a registered nurse for the past 12 years. Her experience in the health industry is immense, ranging from General Healthcare, Therapeutic & Holistic Care, Neuroscience, Oncology, Health Screening to Disease Prevention.

As a healthcare professional, she believes that all individuals play an essential role in undertaking responsibility for their own health.

She has always been active in school, participating in various sports. She is an avid gym goer and loves yoga. Her interest in fitness grew into a passion and greatly influenced her career change to be a Fitness and Health Coach.

Being a healthcare advocator, Delly perceives that being and staying in good health is foremost. To embody her past working experience to her newfound role as a certified ACE trainer, she is dedicated to campaign Health & Wellness as the golden ticket towards a happy, valuable and extended quality way of life.

One of her notions for esteem includes - "If one believes in something, only then can one act purposefully.”

LIFT WEIGHT TO LOSE WEIGHT

A new study confirms what many discovered long ago - strength training plays an important role in ridding the body of extra weight.

Sure, aerobic exercise burns calories, but the body's metabolism quickly returns to pre-exercise levels, usually within 30 minutes or so.

Resistance training, according to the researchers at Johns Hopkins University, leads to increased calorie burning for up to two hours after the workout is over. Unfortunately, because weight training often results in a corresponding increase in weight due to increased muscle mass, many women abandon their strength-training efforts, opting instead for strictly cardiovascular activities.However, researchers suggest combining aerobic exercise with regular strength training for maximum benefit.
